July 3 .... this morning rode from Provo to Soldier Summit ... 7447 feet ... on reaching the pass the temperature was 90 plus but fortunately there was little wind ... normally there is a fierce head wind ... Great to have the support team looking after me ... after reaching Soldier's Summit we headed on to Moab ... tomorrow we will take a boat on the Colorado River and then visit Arches National Park
